Carlsberg Britvic is the largest multi-beverage supplier in the UK and is home to some of the most iconic and popular beers & soft drinks, including Carlsberg Danish Pilsner, 1664, Poretti and Brooklyn to ale favourites such as Hobgoblin and Wainwright. For soft drinks, Carlsberg Britvic’s brands include J2O, Robinsons, Tango and London Essence along with the licence rights to the Pepsi portfolio in the UK including Pepsi MAX, 7UP, Lipton Iced Tea and Rockstar Energy. With a strong national footprint, the Carlsberg Britvic business includes 5 production facilities and 16 logistics depot’s servicing customers up and down the UK. About the Role
As an Insight Manager, you will play a key role in delivering meaningful reporting and actionable insights across Customer Operations and the asset estate. Partnering closely with stakeholders and leadership teams, you will use data to identify trends, drive performance improvements, and support strategic decision-making. You will lead the delivery of insight within regular business forums, helping teams better understand performance and opportunities for change. The role will also be responsible for maintaining and improving data structures within Oracle systems, ensuring accurate and reliable data to support the wider business.

Role Responsibilities
- Deliver insight and reporting across the Customer Operations (COPS) team to support performance improvement and operational decision-making.
- Develop meaningful insights based on operational data, stakeholder needs, and team performance to help drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and maintain Oracle data structures, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and effective implementation of new business requirements.
- Produce stock, asset, and financial reporting, including analysis of equipment performance, breakdown trends, and preventative maintenance opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, technician utilisation, and customer engagement through insight-led recommendations and proactive planning.
- Own Customer Operations scorecards and lead the presentation of insights within operational meetings, planning sessions, and leadership forums.
- Build strong relationships across Customer Operations, IT, Oracle, Finance, and Customer Management teams, while maintaining SOPs and process documentation to support best practice and consistency.
Experience and Key Attributes
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Ability to translate raw data into clear, meaningful, and actionable business insight.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence using computer-based systems, with experience using insight and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams.
- A proactive and commercially minded approach, with the confidence to influence and challenge where appropriate.
- Experience within logistics, technical services, field operations, or a similar operational environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience.
