Insights Analyst
We’re looking for an Insights Analyst to join the Digital team at Harrods, sitting within the Loyalty & CRM Insights team. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we understand, engage, and grow our Rewards customer base through data‑driven insight.
This role is ideal for someone who’s naturally curious, enjoys experimenting with methodologies, and wants to turn analysis into clear commercial impact.
About the Role
You’ll partner closely with Loyalty teams to uncover customer insights, improve campaign effectiveness, and bring clarity to complex questions. You’ll be encouraged to experiment with analytical approaches, stay curious about Data Science and ML commercial applications, and take ownership of projects end‑to‑end, from problem definition to storytelling and impact measurement.
You’ll translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insight for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Job Responsibilities; Work with Loyalty stakeholders on reporting, campaign planning, and optimisation of customer communications Recommend ways to enhance brand relevance and keep the Loyalty Programme engaging, meaningful, and valuable for our customers Own analytical projects end‑to‑end, exploring ways to measure impact on customer lifecycle and lifetime Track KPIs and contribute to longer‑term effectiveness initiatives Measure impact using control groups, A/B testing, proxy groups, and uplift analysis Share insights, learnings, and methodologies to help raise overall data maturity Build commercial acumen, linking insight to customer value and business outcome

About You
The ideal candidate will be analytical, curious, and comfortable with data and you enjoy explaining what it means and why it matters. It is important that you are solid with SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint skills (visualisation tools a plus). You will have a background in Statistics, Mathematics, Science, Business, or similar with experience with customer or consumer data.
You will also have the following. Understanding of personalised Loyalty / CRM / Marketing activity Strong attention to detail and stakeholder management A passion for using data to influence decisions Curiosity about ML and data science techniques A mindset of experimentation and continuous improvement Appetite to build commercial understanding.
