Role Summary – Insight Analyst Working within the Insight Solutions group, the Insight Analyst is a critical member of the commercial Pods and Vertical. The Insight Analyst makes a positive difference to our clients through accurate and timely delivery of best-in-class insights to clients as well as providing high quality support to account management and sales teams.

Skills
- Expert proficiency Excel
- Highly numerate and familiar with statistics, i.e. correlations, standard deviations, use of control groups
- Comfortable handling large datasets and structured reporting outputs.
- Ability to turn data into stories that clients understand and value
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for developing long-term client partnerships through insight
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.

Experience

Must have strong numerical background either through a degree or relevant professional experience

Experience (2+ years) in an insight, analytics or data science role—ideally within a relevant sector, i.e. Hospitality or Retail

Responsible for delivery of best in class insights to both clients within the Analyst’s Vertical – and, when necessary, within other Verticals.

Actively engage in the day to day operation of the Vertical and associated Pods through regular review, planning and general communication within the group. This includes representatives from account management, sales and Activation Solutions.

Take steps to understand the customers, companies, opportunities and challenges relating to relevant Verticals and Pods.

Direct engagement with clients as required to help them understand reporting and to ensure clarity around client needs.

Adopt and develop ways of working that build personal efficiency. This includes appropriate adoption of new technologies and AI.

Ensure the quality and accuracy of both individual and team outputs through maintaining a strict regime of collective quality control and contributing to associated process improvements.

Contribute thoughts and ideas to the Insights Product Director to help ensure that Reward’s product catalogue remains aligned with current and future client needs and ahead of our competition.
