Insights Analyst

£35-£45k + Equity

Company Description

Electric Twin is a London-based behavioural simulation startup backed by Atomico, LocalGlobe, and Marc Andreessen. Founded by former Downing Street advisors, the company uses synthetic populations to let organisations test decisions 10,000x faster than traditional methods, with research from the LSE validating their 95% accuracy across 155 countries.

Job Description

As an Insights Analyst, you will bridge the gap between Electric Twin's AI platform and enterprise clients. You’ll configure synthetic populations, translate complex data into strategic recommendations, and work directly with founders to scale behavioral insights. This high-impact role is perfect for a quantitative professional looking to transition into the AI product space.

London, UK

Why this role is remarkable

  • Join an elite team led by the UK Prime Minister's former Chief Data Advisor and a senior military commander, solving the "thin slice of evidence" problem in decision-making.
  • Work with a platform validated by LSE research as 10,000x faster than traditional methods, backed by top-tier investors including Atomico and Marc Andreessen.
  • Receive meaningful early-stage equity and a clear growth path in a fast-moving environment where you help shape product priorities based on real-world implementation patterns.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

How does this work?

Jack's an AI agent for job searching and career coaching. He works for you. Jill is the AI recruiter working for the company. She recruits from Jack's network. Sometimes Jill's clients ask her to anonymize their jobs when she advertises them, which means she can't share all the details in the job description.

We appreciate this can make them look a bit suspect, but there isn't much we can do about it.
