Insight Analyst (Customer Operations)
About the Company
Our client is a market-leading holiday home company in the UK, recognised on the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2024 list. They've grown from a small South West agency into one of the industry's key players, while maintaining a caring and collaborative culture that keeps their team inspired and motivated. As a data-led business, they're passionate about what they do and take a common-sense approach to getting things done. They're looking for bold thinkers who aren't afraid to explore new ideas and push boundaries.
The Role
They're seeking an experienced Operational Insight Analyst to join their growing Operational Insight team. This isn't a role where you'll simply produce reports. You'll turn complex operational data into actionable insights that improve customer experience, drive efficiency and shape real business decisions.
Reporting to the Operational Insight Lead, you'll work closely with Customer Services, Product and Technology stakeholders to understand operational challenges, spot opportunities others miss and influence meaningful change. There is currently a significant opportunity to build out analytical support for Customer Services, so you'll have genuine autonomy to review existing reporting, identify gaps and start driving insights from day one.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
