About our Team:
You’ll be joining a new team developed to bring data-driven thinking into the heart of our business. You’ll translate marketing team needs to clear data requirements for BI developers and data specialists.
Working closely with marketing, technology and editorial teams, you will deliver key insights to inform strategy and craft powerful narratives to all levels within our organisation.

- Skilled in marketing analytics, translating customer insights into strategy, especially in knowledge-focused sectors?
- Deeply familiar in metrics like conversion, engagement, return on investment, funnel metrics, and campaign attribution, and adept at linking them to tangible results?
- Adept at using Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to extract, interpret, and optimise performance data?
- Skilled in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, with a proven record of developing impactful dashboards alongside BI teams?
- A strategic problem solver who influences decisions through data-driven recommendations and collaborates cross-functionally to drive growth and engagement with commercial awareness?
Your new role:
- Develop and maintain key marketing metrics to assess and boost campaign efficiency.
- Deliver intuitive PowerBI dashboards and reports that make performance data accessible and actionable for decision makers.
- Uncover trends in campaign and audience data to inform product positioning and optimise marketing strategy.
- Generate actionable insights that inform marketing strategy, product positioning, and campaign optimisation.
- Translate sophisticated data into clear narratives that influence decision-making across non-technical teams.
- Empower marketing teams in using analytics tools and interpreting insights.
- Provide analytical support for evolving reporting needs, including campaign evaluations and ad hoc investigations.
- Link market, funding, and competitive trends to campaign performance to identify risks and growth potential.
- Build and refine customer segmentation models, personas, and journey maps.
