Base Location:

You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in our Dublin or Belfast office

Salary:

€65,300 - €97,900 or £51,600 - £77,400 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern:

  • 12-month Fixed Term Contract
  • Full Time
  • Flexible First options available

The role

As our Insights and Planning Manager you will have a key strategic role that will support SSE Airtricity’s Director of Sales in developing the B2C and B2B sales strategy through creating and utilising effective reports and live data.

You will

  • Create and implement effective data reporting structures for the B2B and B2C sales teams.
  • Source and merge clean data from several different sources to produce easy to access and understand real time reports and dashboards, utilised daily to make effective decisions.
  • Work closely with multiple cross divisional teams especially analytics, commercial, strategy and marketing.
  • Measure business performance and provide recommendations to the Sales Leadership Team based on patterns and trends observed.
  • Respond quickly to requests for bespoke data, utilising comprehensive data sets created.

You have

  • Proven Power BI expertise, capable of demonstrating previous work completed.
  • A track record translating imperfect data into clean, easy to understand reports.
  • A curious mind with strong analytical skills.
  • The ability to succinctly demonstrate your findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships and communicating with clarity and conviction.
