Reporting To: Head of Digital

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our team as an Insight Co-Ordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stages of their career who is interested in data, reporting, and business analysis.

You will support data-driven decision-making across the business, help maintain reporting systems, and play a key role in our digital transformation journey, including the implementation of a new ERP system. Full training and support will be provided to help you develop your skills and grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Support the management of data and documentation within SharePoint
  • Analyse data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Support the implementation and ongoing improvement of a new ERP system
  • Work with different departments to understand reporting needs
  • Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
  • Assist in improving processes as part of digital transformation initiatives
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders
  • Maintain clear documentation of reporting processes and systems

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Data Analytics, IT, Mathematics)
  • Basic experience or exposure to Power BI (academic or practical)
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or willingness to learn
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
