Insight Director
An exciting Retail Media business is looking for an Insight Director to lead measurement, analytics, and commercial insight across key retail partnerships.

Based in Leeds/Bradford

£70,000 + 10% bonus
The Job
As the Insight Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading insight and measurement strategy across major retail media partnerships
- Driving ROI growth through campaign evaluation and performance analysis
- Using first party data and insights to identify opportunities for incremental investment
- Managing and developing a high performing insight team
- Creating compelling commercial narratives from complex data
- Building senior stakeholder relationships across clients, retailers, and internal teams
- Driving operational excellence, automation, and innovation across evaluation and measurement functions
- Developing insight propositions that support commercial growth and demonstrate the value of retail media

You
- Strong background in insights, analytics, measurement, or retail media
- Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Commercially minded with excellent storytelling skills
- Confident translating complex analysis into actionable recommendations
- Retail or agency experience beneficial
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
