Insight Manager

Central London (Hybrid - 2 days in office)
£45,000 + Benefits

A leading global media and marketing agency is seeking an Insight Manager to join its specialist research and insights team.

This is an excellent opportunity to step up into a manager-level position, taking ownership of major brand tracking programmes while gaining exposure to a variety of strategic consumer insight projects for well-known international brands.

The Role

You'll lead and develop ongoing brand tracking studies, helping clients understand consumer perceptions, brand performance and the impact of marketing activity. Alongside this, you'll work on campaign effectiveness research, ad-hoc consumer studies and broader strategic insight projects. Working within a small, highly visible team, you'll have significant ownership of projects, direct client interaction and the opportunity to influence business and marketing decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
