Insights Manager
Research Lead/ Manager at Behaviorally
Hybrid: 3 days on-site per week Compensation Package: Up to £60,000 per annum + full-time benefits + bonus potential

** skills and experience**
- Experience: At least 4+ years in market research, or a graduate degree in marketing research, consumer behavior, or a related discipline required.
- Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, social sciences, or a connected field.
- Leadership: Must excel in managing multiple projects and mentoring teams, with 2+ years of experience in this area.
- Client Consulting: Strong track record of consulting and client interface, with clear aspirations to lead.
- Relationships: Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Communication: Compelling written and verbal communication across all levels.
- Strategy: Think both creatively and strategically—blending analysis with business acumen.
- Diligence: Exceptional attention to detail supported by the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Curiosity: A can-do attitude and natural curiosity about emerging trends.
- Technology: Namely AI, machine learning and SaaS environments, evaluating their relevance without requiring technical expertise.

primary responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to-end research initiatives from inception to final Quantitative (Quant) and Qualitative (Qual) deliverables:
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Drive continuous quality improvement by reviewing:
- Questionnaires and methods guidance
- Raw data outputs
- Finalised client reports
- Translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations with:
- Demonstrated methodological expertise
- Tight linkage to client strategy and business outcomes.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Mentor junior team members to upskill and foster professional development.
- Maintain high-quality standards within all deliverables.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration:
- Coordinate between internal teams and external vendors to align project delivery.
- Set-up projects in internal systems and brief external execution teams.
- Advise clients during calls to ensure effective, results-driven solutions.
Client Relations:
- Proactively engage with client contacts—sharing insights, industry trends, and new methodologies.
- Leverage findings to strengthen long-term business partnerships.
Innovative Approach & Commercial Impact:
- Scan emerging technologies (AI, data analytics) to enhance research methodology and reporting.
- Champion insight-to-action—repurposing recommendations for client growth and measurable ROI.
- Contribute to new subscription- and insight-driven product development, scaling offerings across clients and industries.
