This Insight Manager role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact research programmes that directly shape brand and marketing strategy. You will take ownership of projects end to end, working closely with clients to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight that drives growth.

The Role
- Lead brand tracking and ad hoc research projects, delivering insights that influence client strategy and business performance.
- Design and deliver brand tracking studies, campaign evaluation, and market research programmes.
- Manage end to end research delivery including fieldwork, data analysis, and reporting.
- Translate complex datasets into clear narratives that inform strategic decisions.
- Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on research and insights.
- Develop research proposals, questionnaires, and methodologies aligned to client objectives.
- Deliver presentations that communicate findings with clarity and commercial relevance.
- Identify trends and recommend actionable next steps based on data.
- Contribute to thought leadership and support new business activity.

Your Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience in quantitative market research or insight roles.
- Experience delivering brand tracking and continuous research programmes.
- Strong client management skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools such as SPSS, Q or Qualtrics.
- Ability to design research frameworks and questionnaires aligned to business challenges.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
- An interest in brands, media, and communications strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work autonomously.
