Our Client
Oxygen 8 Recruitment is partnering with an established healthcare market research and insights provider to find their next Insights Sales Executive.
Our client works with a global network of healthcare professionals to deliver the research that pharma, medtech, and healthcare companies rely on to make better decisions. If you've worked in HCP market research and you're ready for your next step, this is where careers accelerate.
The Opportunity
We're looking for an Insights Sales Executive to join a growing commercial team and help drive the growth of a market research business serving pharma, medtech, and healthcare clients.
- You'll manage a book of client relationships, run the full sales cycle on quant and qual research studies, and work closely with research and delivery teams to make sure clients get real value from every project.
- This is a great move for someone currently selling healthcare market research, panel-based studies, or HCP insights at a similar organisation, who wants more ownership, a bigger platform, and a clearer path to senior sales roles.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
