About The Role
Generate and follow up on customer quotations Process customer orders accurately and efficiently Monitor and manage back orders to ensure on-time, in-full delivery Support the operational team by converting spare parts and consolidating customer supply chains to Rubix Receive and manage daily deliveries, ensuring customers receive their orders Support the functionality of the team by maintaining stock levels Manual Handling of Stocked Products, replenishing Satellite store locations

Mon - Fri - 08:00 -17:00
60 mins break
40 hours per week.
Key Skills, Experience & Requirements
Proven experience in a customer-facing operational or administrative role Ideally, you’ll have some background in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or a trade counter environment. Familiarity with inventory management systems and processes Basic understanding of procurement and supply chain principles Competence in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ERP systems Understanding of health and safety requirements Relationship building Attention to detail Problem solving
