Sales & Stores Operative – Insite Team

About the Role

The Opportunity

Based at one of our Insites, you’ll be a key part of a small, high-performance team delivering excellent customer service and engineering support. The role involves fast-paced environments, continuous improvement projects, and direct influence on inventory, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Procurement

  • Support high levels of Customer Service aligned with agreed standards
  • Assist team members with enquiries and issue resolution
  • Source, procure, and manage stock/non-stock materials per customer needs
  • Expedite back orders and ensure timely replenishment
  • Maintain and coordinate Engineering Work Orders with timely material dispatch

Stock & Operational Management

  • Accurate Goods Receipt for incoming stock consignments
  • Prompt stock identification, stowage, and system transacting in Inventory Management
  • Conduct periodic stocktaking according to set plans
  • Oversee cleanliness, security, and maintenance of storerooms and material points

Warehouse & Tailgate Operations

  • Ensure efficient operation of warehouse systems and pontoon (out-of-doors warehouse) holdings
  • Maintain cleanliness, layout standards, and stock position accuracy

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
    • 30-minute break included
  • Standard 40-hour working week

Key Skills & Requirements

Essential

✅ Customer Service aptitude from MRO, Manufacturing, or Trade backgrounds ✅ Strong understanding of Warehousing/Stores Operations (training provided) ✅ Excellent verbal and written communication (including phone competency) ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office ✅ Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and pride in performance ✅ Ability to adapt to dynamic environments with an infectious work ethic ✅ Punctuality, ownership, and attention to detail

Desirable (Not Mandatory but Valued)

  • Driver’s licence
  • Counterbalance forklift license
  • Experience with SAP ( торговые информационные системы )
