Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Insolvency Case Administrator with 18 months+ experience in industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing insolvency cases efficiently, providing exceptional support for clients, and supporting the administrative functions of our department. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with insolvency experience to develop their career within the sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee insolvency cases from initiation through to completion, ensuring all processes are followed accurately.
  • Liaise with clients, creditors, and legal professionals to gather necessary documentation and provide updates on case progress.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organised case files, ensuring all relevant information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Analyse case data to identify issues or discrepancies, proposing appropriate solutions or escalations as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining case management systems.
