Insolvency Administrator

We're looking for an experienced Insolvency Administrator to join a growing and supportive insolvency team. This is an excellent opportunity for our client based in Dunfermline for someone with 2–3 years' insolvency experience who is looking to take ownership of their own portfolio while continuing to develop their career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the administration of corporate insolvency cases from appointment through to closure.
  • Managing the realisation of assets, including book debts, property and cash at bank.
  • Handling creditor claims and responding to creditor enquiries.
  • Liaising with banks to obtain balances, statements and other required information.
  • Assisting with employee matters, including preparing initial correspondence, processing employee claims and liaising with the Redundancy Payments Service (RPS) and pension providers.
  • Preparing and submitting statutory returns, including those required by HMRC.
  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries from stakeholders.
  • Providing general administrative support to the insolvency team.
  • Managing your own portfolio of smaller insolvency cases under supervision.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
