INSOLVENCY and RESTRUCTURING SOLICITOR, 5+ PQE, LONDON, GBP 95,000 - 120,000 DOE

Join a leading national law firm with a highly regarded Restructuring and Insolvency team, working alongside recognised specialists on complex, high-value matters. Offering high-quality work, excellent career progression, and a collaborative culture, this is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious Insolvency Solicitor.

JOB REF:

Working closely with the firm's Corporate, Banking and Finance and Real Estate teams on a wide variety of cross-disciplinary matters, you will handle a caseload of predominantly non-contentious matters, advising a broad range of stakeholders in distressed situations, including lenders, investors, corporates, directors, individuals, and insolvency practitioners.

In addition to advising on complex matters, you will manage a varied caseload including some transactional work and play an active role in marketing and business development initiatives to support the continued growth of the practice. You will demonstrate excellent technical expertise, strong drafting and communication skills, commercial acumen, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Requirements:

  • Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 5+ years PQE and strong experience in restructuring and insolvency matters.
