Restructuring Partner | Birmingham | circa £150k+ package (DOE)

If you’re an appointment-taker with a proven ability to win work, shape strategy, and lead high-performing teams, this could be the move that defines your next decade.

What you’ll lead:

  • Business growth: Build and deepen a powerful network of referrers, intermediaries, and stakeholders.
  • High-value mandates: Advise boards and directors across solvent, distressed, and insolvent situations.
  • Case leadership: Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency assignments.
  • Team development: Mentor, develop, and resource a growing team.
  • Strategic influence: Play a key role in firmwide planning, revenue growth, and cross-service collaboration.
  • Technical excellence: Uphold quality, risk management, and best-practice standards.
