Restructuring Partner | Birmingham | circa £150k+ package (DOE)

What you’ll lead:
- Business growth: Build and deepen a powerful network of referrers, intermediaries, and stakeholders.
- High-value mandates: Advise boards and directors across solvent, distressed, and insolvent situations.
- Case leadership: Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of corporate insolvency assignments.
- Team development: Mentor, develop, and resource a growing team.
- Strategic influence: Play a key role in firmwide planning, revenue growth, and cross-service collaboration.
- Technical excellence: Uphold quality, risk management, and best-practice standards.

What you bring:
- Significant restructuring & insolvency experience
- A track record of winning work and building relationships
- ACA/ACCA + JIEB qualified (appointment-taking essential)
- Strong leadership, communication, and commercial instincts
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach
