Senior Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor

Contentious, Senior Associate, Competitive Salary, 8 + years’ experience, London.

An exceptional opportunity to join an ambitious Top 50 UK law firm with a thriving national practice and a growing London presence. This role offers the chance to play a pivotal role in the continued expansion of a highly regarded Restructuring & Insolvency team, handling high-quality contentious matters.

THE ROLE:

  • You will advise a broad range of clients on complex and high-value contentious insolvency matters, working alongside respected specialists within a supportive and growing practice.
  • The successful candidate will benefit from an established client platform whilst also having the opportunity to develop new business and strengthen existing client relationships.
  • Working closely with the firm's Corporate and Banking teams, you will play an integral role in delivering commercially focused advice across a broad range of restructuring and insolvency matters.
  • Based in the firm's London office, you will become part of a business that continues to invest in its people, its practice areas and its long-term growth strategy.

THE CANDIDATE:

  • Applications are welcomed from experienced Solicitors at Senior Associate, Legal Director or Partner level with significant expertise in Contentious Restructuring & Insolvency matters.
  • You will possess excellent technical knowledge, strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
  • Candidates should have a genuine interest in business development and growing a successful practice, with an existing professional network or following being particularly advantageous for more senior applicants.
  • The successful candidate will be ambitious, collaborative and motivated to contribute to the continued growth of a highly regarded national practice.
