The Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency Solicitor to join a highly regarded Legal 500-ranked Insolvency team. Recognised for its expertise in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, the team advises an impressive client base including insolvency practitioners, secured lenders, directors, and businesses on a broad range of restructuring and insolvency issues.
- Manage a varied caseload including corporate and personal insolvency, administration appointments, insolvency litigation, court applications, property-related insolvency transactions, and advisory work.
- Contribute to business development initiatives.
- Support junior colleagues.
- Play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.

The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with between 2-4 years PQE and solid experience in insolvency law.
- Experience advising on both corporate and personal insolvency matters.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- A pragmatic approach to resolving complex issues.
- Confident in managing their own caseload.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a busy and supportive team.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and business development skills.
