Insolvency/IPS Product Lead
Insolvency/IPS Product Lead Interpath United Kingdom
Interpath is an international and fast-growing advisory business with deep expertise in a broad range of specialisms spanning deals, advisory and restructuring capabilities.
We deliver tangible results for global businesses, their investors, and stakeholders when complex problems arise, and critical decisions need to be made. Interpath is agile, independent, and conflict-free, and our passion for doing what’s right, every time, sets us apart.
Our diverse teams provide specialist technical knowledge combined with deep sector experience across our service line specialisms. Since our foundation in 2021, Interpath has grown rapidly, and we now have a presence across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, BVI, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Barbados, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and South Africa. By 2030 we aim to be one of the world’s leading advisory firms with a truly global footprint.
The Insolvency/IPS Product Lead owns the end-to-end management, operation, and continuous improvement of the Insolvency Practitioner System (IPS) across Interpath’s global restructuring business. This includes ensuring IPS supports efficient operations while meeting regulatory requirements and industry best practice. The role covers day-to-day product ownership, including user support, training, adoption, and driving ongoing enhancements to maximise platform value.
A key priority is leading the transition from the on-premise IPS SQL platform to IPS Cloud. This involves managing a critical transformation programme, working with the vendor, internal SMEs, and client-facing teams to prepare, test, and migrate systems and data. The role also oversees pre-migration configuration, ensuring security, user roles, and workflows are aligned for a smooth transition.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
