Inspection Finisher / Rewind Operator
Location: Keighley, UK Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent Working Hours: Rotating 2-week pattern of Monday to Friday 6.00–14.00 or 14.00–22.00

The company has opportunities for an Inspection Finisher working in their Reflex Label site in Keighley.
Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Ensure rolls of paper are wound to specified lengths on the required core.
- Load master reels accurately according to job bag and reel identification labels.
- Print inner and outer core labels, as well as any additional customer-specific traceability requirements.

Rewind & Quality Control
- Select and fix the correct mandrel based on customer specifications.
- Source the appropriate core size as instructed by customers.
- Set blades to slit reels to the precise width required while adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Utilise AVT inspection systems to detect and remove any substandard quality print within master reels.
- Maintain the quality of slitting during the run and ensure clean, accurate performance.
- Label all reels comprehensively according to company and customer requirements.

Maintenance & Line Procedures
- Regular maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Thoroughly follow line clearance procedures at the end of each job.
- Retain the line clearance join after each shift.
Required Skills & Experience
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to operate or quickly learn various printing machines and related software
- Must be able to follow precise instructions with high attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience working within a collaborative team with good communication standards
- Preferred: Experience as an Experienced Inspection Finisher
