Inspector – Formula One | Enstone | Long Term Contract
Arden White is partnering with a leading Formula One organisation to recruit an Inspector for an initial 8-month contract within a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility based in Enstone, Oxfordshire.
This role is focused on the inspection and verification of high-precision components used in a fast-paced, high-performance engineering environment. Opportunities are available across a variety of shift patterns, including weekends and weekend nights.
Role Overview
As an Inspector, you will be responsible for carrying out dimensional and visual inspections of precision-engineered components to ensure they meet customer, engineering and quality standards. You will work closely with manufacturing, engineering and quality teams to identify and resolve any non-conformances.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections on precision-machined components.
- Verify components against engineering drawings, specifications and inspection criteria.
- Identify, document and report non-conforming parts.
- Complete inspection documentation and maintain accurate quality records.
- Use hand-held inspection equipment and measuring tools to validate component dimensions.
- Support continuous improvement activities and uphold quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

What You'll Bring
- Previous experience inspecting precision-machined components.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience using manual inspection equipment and measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience inspecting composite components would be advantageous.
- Exposure to PC-DMIS or PolyWorks software would be beneficial but is not essential.

- Shift Patterns: Multiple shifts available, including weekend and weekend night shifts
