Hawk 3 are recruiting for an Inspector to join a busy and growing manufacturing environment in Poole.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your role will involve working closely with production and supply chain teams to:
- Inspect materials, components, and finished products for quality compliance
- Log inspection results and record findings via internal systems
- Identify and resolve issues early to prevent production delays
- Support production teams to optimise efficiency and workflow
- Engage in problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Prior experience in manufacturing or inspection (while not essential, beneficial)
- A proactive approach to task completion and willingness to learn and adapt
- Comfort in a fast-paced, hands-on working environment
