Multi-Role Yard and Customer Service Coordinator
$21 – $25 an hour – Full-time, Part Time
If you love staying active, working outdoors, and being part of a fun, fast-paced team—this is the job for you! At Livingston Farm, no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone who enjoys learning new skills, can operate machinery safely, and takes pride in helping clients bring their landscaping dreams to life.
This position will keep you moving (you’ll definitely get your steps in) and requires flexibility—sometimes you’ll be operating equipment, other times organizing the yard or assisting clients. You’ll wear a few different hats, but the day flies by when you are part of a team that enjoys working hard and having fun.
Duties
- Operate forklifts and skid steers safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials such as stone, mulch, and topsoil for customers
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Maintain yard organization, inventory, and product displays
- Schedule or assist with deliveries, including occasional truck driving (valid license required)
- Be adaptable to help in different areas of the business as needed
- Support a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment
- Assist with excavation and grading for shed pads and small project sites

Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license (required; CDL is a plus)
- Experience operating equipment such as forklifts or skid steers (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Mechanical skills (or willingness to learn)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in landscaping, natural materials, and helping customers with outdoor projects
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eager to learn and take on new responsibilities
