Multi-Role Yard and Customer Service Coordinator

$21 – $25 an hour – Full-time, Part Time

If you love staying active, working outdoors, and being part of a fun, fast-paced team—this is the job for you! At Livingston Farm, no two days are the same. We’re looking for someone who enjoys learning new skills, can operate machinery safely, and takes pride in helping clients bring their landscaping dreams to life.

This position will keep you moving (you’ll definitely get your steps in) and requires flexibility—sometimes you’ll be operating equipment, other times organizing the yard or assisting clients. You’ll wear a few different hats, but the day flies by when you are part of a team that enjoys working hard and having fun.

Duties

  • Operate forklifts and skid steers safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload materials such as stone, mulch, and topsoil for customers
  • Assist customers in selecting products and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
  • Maintain yard organization, inventory, and product displays
  • Schedule or assist with deliveries, including occasional truck driving (valid license required)
  • Be adaptable to help in different areas of the business as needed
  • Support a safe, positive, and team-oriented work environment
  • Assist with excavation and grading for shed pads and small project sites

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
