Customer and Product Support Specialist
$21 – $25 an hour – Full-time
Seeking self-motivated, detail-oriented individuals with the willingness to learn any skills necessary to help the business. Must have a professional and positive attitude toward their work, coworkers, and customers. Looking for long-term commitment. Full-Time or Part-Time position available with competitive wages based on experience plus a benefits package.
Duties
- Assist customers with sales by phone, online, and in-person (indoors and outdoors)
- Maintain office organization and process management
- Manage product inventory and maintenance
- Operate equipment to load/unload products
- Schedule deliveries and coordinate logistics
- Deliver products to clients as needed
- Must be available Monday–Friday and some Saturdays

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have experience and/or knowledge in regards to:
- Computer skills (experience with Quickbooks Point of Sale and website sales a plus)
- Sales and general office duties
- Phone and customer service skills
- Equipment operating
- Building/construction knowledge
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs
