As an Install Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our operations, allowing us to deliver exceptional service through the installation of advanced security systems. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in various environments. You will be responsible for the installation of a variety of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder systems. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, have a passion for security technology, and maintain a high level of professionalism while representing Evolution on-site. Responsibilities Installing integrated security systems including CCTV, intruder alarm and access control systems at client sites Conduct thorough site assessments to determine the best installation practices and security solutions Configure and test installed systems to ensure optimal functionality Collaborate with team members to improve installation processes and client satisfaction Proven experience in the installation of security systems Technical proficiency with various security technologies Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent communication skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel to client locations Strong customer service skills and professionalism in handling client relationships We are employee-owned!
