Job Description
This position assists with the installation of low voltage systems as directed by a training technician. You will learn in the field and also be eligible to attend evening apprenticeship classes. The work location will vary depending on project but it will normally be a new or heavy renovation construction site with some occupied building work.

- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.
- Employs effective listening skills.
Problem Solving

- Tactful and mature demeanor including the ability to work well in a team environment.
Technical
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Possess the desire to obtain an understanding of fire alarm systems installation.
General
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Be able to safely perform physically including heavy lifting 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and operating power drills/saws.
- Must be able to pass state and federal background check (criminal record or federal watch lists).
- Must be eligible for US employment.
- Be able to work from elevated heights.
