Job Description
Location: Remote
To support the installation phase of our global projects.
About The Role
Working as a member of the operations team to constantly strive for continuous improvements through improving processes and product development.
- Provide detailed reports from site visits back to operations team to record progress and recommend future improvements.
- Ensure snags are captured and followed up during project installation.
- Provide support / information to supervisor enabling completion of mechanical completion checklists.
- Manage your own workload to ensure most efficient use of time.
- Be committed to the objective of Zero lost time injuries.
- Participate in Root Cause, Corrective Action, investigations for any site safety/ quality event.
- Support supervisor on maintenance and upkeep of company vehicle's, tools, equipment & assets.
- To meet agreed production/ installation targets according to customer demands.
- Adhere to CDE’s HR and H&S policies.

- Any other ad hoc duties that may be required.

Required Criteria
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
- Have completed an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control large engineering projects.
- The ability to communicate effectively in writing, orally, and through presentations.
Desired Criteria
- Health & Safety qualification.
- Electrically/Mechanically qualified.
