Job Description

Location: Remote

To support the installation phase of our global projects.

About The Role

Working as a member of the operations team to constantly strive for continuous improvements through improving processes and product development.

  • Provide detailed reports from site visits back to operations team to record progress and recommend future improvements.
  • Ensure snags are captured and followed up during project installation.
  • Provide support / information to supervisor enabling completion of mechanical completion checklists.
  • Manage your own workload to ensure most efficient use of time.
  • Be committed to the objective of Zero lost time injuries.
  • Participate in Root Cause, Corrective Action, investigations for any site safety/ quality event.
  • Support supervisor on maintenance and upkeep of company vehicle's, tools, equipment & assets.
  • To meet agreed production/ installation targets according to customer demands.
  • Adhere to CDE’s HR and H&S policies.

Skills Needed

  • Any other ad hoc duties that may be required.

Required Criteria

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above.
  • Have completed an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proven organisational skills with the ability to effectively plan, organise and control large engineering projects.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in writing, orally, and through presentations.

Desired Criteria

  • Health & Safety qualification.
  • Electrically/Mechanically qualified.
