Job Summary
As an Installation Operations team member at JD.com, Inc., you will be crucial in ensuring the seamless and efficient installation of our products and solutions for customers. This role involves coordinating installation activities, managing resources, and maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the installation of various JD.com products and solutions, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, sales, customer service) and external partners (e.g., installation teams, suppliers) to optimize installation processes.
- Monitor installation progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent delays or customer dissatisfaction.
- Manage installation resources, including equipment, tools, and personnel, to ensure efficient utilization and cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and implement installation best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine installation requirements and identify potential challenges.
- Provide technical support and guidance to installation teams and customers during the installation phase.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during installation activities.
- Maintain accurate records of installation projects, including documentation, reports, and customer feedback.
- Analyze installation data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process optimization.

Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in installation operations, field service management, or a similar role, preferably within an e-commerce, logistics, or technology company.
- Proven ability to manage complex installation projects from planning to completion.
- Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and field service principles.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices related to installation work.
- Flexibility to travel as required to various installation sites.
