About The Role
Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated individual looking for the next step in your career? Now’s your chance to join our team at Sunbelt Rentals UK as Installation Operative. It’s our vision to own the future of rentals and our mission to deliver a world-class experience.
As Installation Operative you’ll be teamed up with one of our highly skilled Driver Operators and be tasked with the delivery, installation and dismantling of our temporary access equipment on site. You’ll work closely together offering support with map reading, communicating with customers on route and ensuring the vehicle and tools are in good clean condition.
This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy working outside. No two days are the same and flexibility between peak periods and quieter times is necessary. You will get the chance to travel across the country as well as Europe, supporting at some well-known events.

You will need to spend some nights away from home when you will share a sleeper cab with the driver. The hours can vary and may be unsociable including weekends.
About You
The Ideal candidate will:
- Enjoy working closely with others
- Have excellent communication skills
- Understand the importance of working in a safe manner complying to H&S legislation
- Be able to read maps and navigate if required
- Show good attention to detail
It Would Be Advantageous To Have
- Valid driving licence
- First Aid Training
- CSCS/IOSH/H&S Awareness
This role covers a wide geographical area. Flexibility and a willingness to travel extensively including overnight stays is therefore essential.
