About the Role
We’re looking for an Installation Operative to join our expanding team — hit the ground running and play a key role in our growth.
If you have experience in civil engineering, construction, or an armed forces background, and are seeking a reputable company with strong progression paths, this role is for you.
Location: Predominantly based at our Chandlers Ford branch, with most time spent on customer sites (construction, wastewater, clean water), including occasional branch visits.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Promote and uphold the company’s mission statement and core values, ensuring a high-quality installation service across the UK.
- Install pipework and assist drivers with:
- Loading/unloading of vehicles
- Checking against paperwork
- Identifying missing items, damages, or fuel discrepancies
- This role is physically demanding – a good level of fitness is required.
- Identify and recommend improvements to processes, making the business more efficient and unique.
- Safety is non-negotiable:
- Put safety first at every turn.
- Have the confidence and responsibility to stop work immediately if a safety risk is detected.
- Advise supervisors of potential hazards.

⚠ This position requires a safety-critical medical assessment.
Requirements & Attributes
Must-Have:
✔ Experience working on construction, wastewater, and clean water sites. ✔ Flexible availability to work odd hours and an on-call rota (estimately 1 weekend in 3). ✔ Willingness to travel throughout the UK (and occasionally work away from home). ✔ Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points). ✔ CSCS construction card holder.
Preferred (but not essential):
➤ National Water Hygiene Card ➤ Confined space training ➤ Forklift operator certification ➤ Understanding of temporary/permanent pumping solutions
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, as a lone worker, and with sewage.
