Installation Planner
Subscriber Installation Planner – Critical Role
Playing a key role in supporting installation operations, we’re seeking an organised and proactive Subscriber Installation Planner to coordinate schedules, manage appointments, and maintain a seamless customer experience.
Full training will be provided, offering a fantastic opportunity for growth in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do
- Plan and schedule installation workloads to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate appointments and manage customer bookings
- Work with Field Line Managers to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Provide administrative support to maintain smooth operations
- Anticipate and resolve potential issues before they disrupt service
What We’re Looking For
- Strong customer service focus
- Confidence in using computers and eagerness to learn new systems
- Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to develop
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
