Job Description
What you can expect
Main Activities
- Attend customer site and installation meetings as appropriate
- Produce method statements in a timely manner
- Deal with installation issues as they arise onsite as workarounds
- Assist with Customer Service team to ensure professional and efficient services are delivered
- Review all allocated deliveries and installations prior to scheduling to ensure all equipment is in place and complete
- Supervision of loading of tools and customer equipment for allocated jobs
- Deal with onsite install team and crew issues
- Be a point of escalation for installation and customer onsite issues
- Raise Non-conformance reports for any relevant service delivery issues and take appropriate action
- Escalate any relevant issues to Installation Manager
- Review and recommend new tools / equipment for new systems and customers
- Regularly review systems for tools needed
- Audit and spot check installations and report back performance
- Be a technical support contact for the installation manager & customer service team
- Deputise for the Assistant Installations manager for work allocation

What you bring
Key Skills And Experience
- Two years’ experience of leading installations
- Extensive knowledge in OEM Modalities
- Good people management skills, disciplinary, motivation etc
- Good General Level of education
- Good team member who can also work on own initiative
- A Flexible and Can-do attitude
- Able to show a good level of leadership on installations
