Installation/Project Coordinator – Worcester (Office-Based)

Location: Worcester (Office-Based) Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 04:30 PM Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 DOE Holidays: 22 days + Statutory

What’s the Role About?

As Installations/Project Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end installation process, ensuring projects run smoothly, on schedule, while keeping the customer experience central to all decisions.

  • Coordinate high-volume installation projects across multiple sites
  • Bridge the gap between customers, engineers, and internal teams
  • Plan logistics, schedules, and resource allocation efficiently
  • Proactively manage risks and resolve issues quickly
  • Meet tight deadlines (typically within 10-day SLAs)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of installation projects, from sale to completion
  • Liaise with customers and contractors to ensure site readiness and reduce failed installations
  • Coordinate with sales, workshops, warehouses and engineering teams for seamless delivery
  • Schedule engineers and coordinate timelines across multiple projects
  • Maintain accurate records and update project trackers/CRM systems
  • Monitor stock levels and collaborate with procurement as needed
  • Conduct pre- and post-installation communications, including debriefs

Requirements

We’re looking for someone who "does things well", meets challenges head-on and loves taking ownership. Ideally you’ve got:

  • Relevant experience in project coordination, scheduling, or operations
  • Strength under pressure—you stay calm, organised and solutions-focused
  • Strong stakeholder management skills—communicating confidently with customers, engineers, and internal teams
  • Practical ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task environment
  • Proactive ownership—you drive tasks end-to-end without being micromanaged
  • Proficient in Excel and CRM/tracking systems
