Institutional Reporting Manager
Contract type: Permanent
Location: London
Working style: Hybrid 50% home/office based

Royal London Asset Management are looking for an Institutional Reporting Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality, accurate and compliant reporting for our institutional client base. Acting as a key figure within the Client Reporting team, you’ll ensure reporting is delivered in line with client expectations and regulatory requirements, while driving continuous improvements across data, processes and systems.
About The Role
- Lead the Institutional Reporting team to deliver accurate, timely reporting across monthly, quarterly and regulatory outputs
- Provide day-to-day leadership, direction and oversight to ensure quality and accountability
- Act as the key escalation point for reporting issues, managing risks and dependencies effectively
- Oversee delivery of client reporting including valuations, performance, attribution and bespoke reporting
- Maintain reporting schedules, trackers and logs to ensure deadlines and accuracy are met
- Ensure strong data quality, controls and consistency across reporting outputs
- Identify and drive process improvements, automation and efficiencies across reporting activities

About You
- Proven experience in client reporting within financial services
- Strong understanding of investment products across multiple asset classes
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Proactive and solutions-focused with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience leading or supporting team development and delivery of high-quality outputs
