Seniority: Vice President level (8+ years experience)

About the Role

We are hiring a Fixed Income Sales to drive our institutional fixed income business across Continental Europe. Based in Paris or London, you will develop relationships with institutional investors — pension funds, insurance companies, banks, and asset managers — and lead distribution of our fixed income products (rates, credit, and related solutions) across French- and German-speaking markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the institutional sales strategy for Fixed Income across core European markets, with a focus on France and the DACH region
  • Build and manage relationships with pension funds, insurance companies, banks, and institutional allocators
  • Cover rates, credit, and flow/structured fixed income products as relevant to client needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, including RFP and due diligence processes
  • Partner with trading and product teams to position solutions for institutional client needs
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences and client events across Europe
  • Track market trends and provide regular reporting to senior management

Requirements

  • 8+ years of institutional Fixed Income sales experience, with a proven track record across French and/or German-speaking markets
  • Established network among European institutional investors, banks, and consultants
  • Fluency in French and German required, in addition to English
  • Strong understanding of European regulatory frameworks (e.g. MiFID II)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or equivalent a plus
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
