We are partnering with a highly respected global Equities investment boutique, to appoint an exceptional individual who already operates at Managing Director or Partner level. This is a strategic appointment with the opportunity to play a significant role in the firm's long-term growth.
You will have developed a successful career within the institutional market, focusing on active, public Equities. This is a global role, although a network in Europe is key. Our client is recognised for its long-term investment philosophy, differentiated approach, and commitment to sustainable investing.
What you'll be responsible for:
- Leading capital raising across active public equity strategies
- Developing and executing strategic business development initiatives across the UK, Europe, then EMEA and APAC
- Building trusted relationships with institutional investors: pension funds, endowments, charities, etc.
- Representing the firm externally with credibility and authority, becoming a trusted adviser to clients
- Working closely with investment teams and senior leadership to shape client strategy and long-term growth

We're looking for someone who offers:
- 15+ years' experience in institutional business development within investment management
- Deep experience selling active equity products
- An exceptional, demonstrable track record of raising assets and winning new mandates
- Strong public equity expertise, with the ability to articulate sophisticated investment strategies to experienced allocators
- A consultative, strategic approach and the credibility to engage with senior investment professionals and C-suite stakeholders
- A genuine passion for responsible investing and sustainable capital allocation
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
