Hiring | AI × Equity Research – Institutional Sales

We are an AI-driven investment research startup serving global public equity markets. Our team consists of talent from top-tier AI companies and leading global hedge funds, building AI Agents and core infrastructure for fundamental investment research to define the next generation of the buy-side research workflow.

We are scaling our global institutional sales team — you will work alongside founders and our research team to bring an industry-leading research product to the most demanding buy-side and corporate clients in the world.

Job Duties

  • Own institutional client development in your region: hedge funds, long-only, multi-manager pods, corporate strategy
  • Engage CIOs, PMs, and sector analysts directly; convert existing inbound leads and generate outbound from your network
  • Run the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, trial, commercial, close
  • Navigate buy-side and corporate procurement & compliance workflows (DDQ, MNPI, MSA / order-form)
  • Partner with research and product teams on client priorities and product roadmap

Open Roles

Institutional Sales — UK / US / Singapore
Location: UK (London), US (NYC / Boston / SF), or Singapore — your choice

  • 5–10 years selling to buy-side institutions (hedge funds, long-only, multi-manager pods); exceptional 3–5 year candidates considered
  • Documented PM / CIO relationships, with regional focus depending on base:
    • US: Citadel, Millennium, Point72, Schonfeld, ExodusPoint, and other multi-manager pods, large L/S funds, and long-only shops
    • UK / Europe: London, Zurich, Frankfurt, Paris — hedge funds, long-only, family offices, allocators
    • Singapore / APAC: APAC hedge funds and long-only + semiconductor strategy, corp dev, IR teams (TSMC, ASML, SK hynix, Samsung, Micron, etc.)
  • Background at independent research, sell-side research / corporate access, expert networks (GLG, Tegus, AlphaSights, Third Bridge), alt-data, Bloomberg / AlphaSense / FactSet; market intelligence firms (Gartner, TrendForce, SemiAnalysis) a plus for Singapore-based candidates
  • Fluent in buy-side compliance, MNPI walls, and vendor onboarding; MiFID II familiarity a plus for UK candidates
  • Native or near-native English; Mandarin / Korean / Japanese a strong plus for Singapore base; German / French / Italian a plus for UK base
  • Real conviction about AI changing how professional investors work, with genuine interest in capital markets
