Role Overview
As part of our in-store team, you will provide visual merchandising support, enhancing the store experience through creative display solutions, trend-inspired aesthetics, and impactful product placements. Your expertise in engaging customers through enticing visual concepts will help maximise profitability and align seamlessly with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Merchandising
- Apply the weekly visual merchandising brief to your store in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Utilise cutting-edge visual techniques to attract, engage, and motivate customers toward purchase.
- Ensure rotating mannequins, displays, and window configurations align with seasons and retail calenders.
- Set up and monitor in-store promotions using Point-of-Sale (POS) materials.
- Analyse Oracle business data to optimise product placement and floor layout adjustments.

Training & Development
- Support team development through training programs on merchandising, visual design, and customer engagement.
- Facilitate a weekly development plan for colleagues to enhance upskilling opportunities.
- Provide constructive feedback and updates to the Town Merchandiser on in-store visual activity.
General Duties
- Maintain a highly professional and exemplar-leading approach in all tasks.
- Prioritise safety, hygiene, and cleanliness—adhering to company standards and procedures.
Role Objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Strategically place high-demand merchandise for visibility and accessibility.
- Develop Stores that reflect brand standards while highlighting key items and promotions.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure adequate stock visibility and accessibility.
- Identify ongoing trends to refine merchandising strategies and capitalise on potential.
- Successfully execute promotional campaigns to drive sales.
Required Skills & Experience
- Preferred: Visual Merchandising or Retail Experience.
- Time Management Skills to perform tasks efficiently across multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to liaise across teams.
- Creative and imaginative thinking with a flair for fashion, to design engaging visuals that resonate with our customers.
