Assessment & Learning Design Manager
📍 Hybrid | Full-Time
We're looking for an experienced Assessment & Learning Design Manager to join a team responsible for creating high-quality learning and assessment products for a global audience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in English Language Teaching (ELT), assessment development, curriculum design, and educational product development. You'll play a key role in designing engaging learning experiences, developing valid and reliable assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital education products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of learning and assessment products.
- Develop high-quality assessments aligned with pedagogical and psychometric best practice.
- Design curricula and learning experiences for diverse international learners.
- Support the development of digital learning and assessment products.
- Analyse assessment data to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, accessibility requirements, and regulatory frameworks.
- Work closely with product, research, content, and technology teams to deliver impactful educational solutions.
