Role Description
We are looking for a dedicated Insulation Installer for a full-time, on-site position based in Irvine. As an Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing insulation materials in various settings. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and organizing materials, ensuring proper insulation installation, and adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations. You will work closely with a team of highly skilled professionals to ensure that work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards.
Qualifications
- Settled or pre-settled status
- Experience in insulation installation, including measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation materials
- Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in construction and insulation
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in challenging environments, such as confined spaces or at heights
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship
- Relevant certifications or training in insulation, construction, or related fields are a plus
- Prior experience with scaffolding and custom tinplate production is advantageous
- Proficiency in operating tools and equipment for insulation installation

What we offer
