Account Handler Role – Commercial Insurance

About the Role
We are seeking experienced candidates with expertise in sales, customer service, or administrative roles within the insurance industry. Ideal applicants will have experience in at least one of the following areas:
- Motor insurance
- Household insurance
- Commercial insurance
Ideal for those looking to either transition into Commercial Insurance from Personal lines or further develop their existing Commercial expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle account management within a fast-paced commercial insurance environment.
- Process midterm amendments and renewals via inbound and outbound telephone communications.
- Provide high-level customer service, maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles within the Insurance sector (or a related industry).
- Familiarity with policy management, amendments, and renewals processes.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage interactions professionally both in writing and over the phone.
- A motivational attitude to thrive in a commercial insurance environment.
