Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of insurance clients
- Expand business via:
- Referrals
- Introducers
- Direct outreach
- Contribute to the continued success of the business
Requirements & Qualities
- Proven experience in the UK insurance sector, including:
- Managing and growing client portfolios
- Generating new business through strategy or direct engagement
- Strong relationship-building skills and entrepreneurial mindset
- Driven by success and able to take initiative with high energy
