The Vacancy

We are looking to recruit an Insurance Administrator to support the Group Insurance team on either a full-time or part-time basis of 24 - 40 hours per week. We can offer flexible arrangements with a mixture of working in the office in Helsby, Cheshire and from home.

The requirements of the role will be to support the Group Insurance team with the overall administration and coordination of department related matters. This will be through managing project based activities, incoming queries and supporting administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the RSK Group Insurance inbox
  • Maintaining & updating the Insurance page on RSK intranet
  • Directing RSK Group insurance claims to the insurance broker and internal business unit
  • Managing insurance invoices and coordinating with the RSK Group accounts team
  • Supporting with insurance queries from RSK Group businesses and departments
  • To ensure maximum flexibility and to reflect the Company's evolving needs, you may be asked to perform additional tasks that may be reasonably expected within your level of capability without additional remuneration

Person Specification:

  • Team Player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong commitment to deliver results and make a meaningful contribution in a team environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrates a well-organised and logical approach to work
  • Experience of insurance-related matters is helpful but not a pre-requisite
