We’re seeking a passionate Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. This is a rewarding opportunity to grow in a thriving organisation, with full on-the-job training and the chance to earn industry-recognised qualifications.
About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Engage Clients: Enjoy conversations with people and be adept at active listening to fully understand client needs.
- Problem-Solving: Apply creative, no限 (no limits) thinking to deliver bespoke insurance solutions.
- Customer Focus: Build trust, rapport, and long-term relationships with clients.
- Qualifications: Progress through on-site training, workshops, and coaching to earn recognised industry certifications.
- Ambition & Growth: Develop within the organisation—many leadership roles originate from this starting point.
