Insurance Consultant – Permanent (Taunton)
Role Summary
Salary: Starting from £30,000.00 (depending on experience) Working hours: 35 per week (Monday to Friday) Location: Taunton Duration: Permanent
Lloyd & Whyte, proudly part of Benefact Group, are seeking an Insurance Consultant to join their PPS GI team at their Taunton office.
As an Insurance Consultant, you will:
- Provide exceptional service and advice to clients.
- Maximise client satisfaction and maintain high retention levels.
- Achieve income targets to support the overall business strategy.
- Support both PPS GI and Affinity GI as required.
Key Responsibilities

Support your Line Manager and the team to:
- Deliver retention and income targets.
- Meet service KPIs and achieve workflow standards.

Provide:
- On-hand support and coaching for the team.
- Process consistency in advice delivery.
- Adherence to procedures and internal guidelines.

Maintain technical competence in:
- Relevant products.
- Current market trends.
- Underwriting guidelines.

Handle:
- Referrals.
- Complex client work.

Motivate and encourage the team to:
- Maximise business opportunities.
- Promote insurance reviews.
- Identify under-insurance.
- Meet client survey targets.

- Fulfil the duties of a Senior Client Service Adviser.
Requirements

Confident and capable of building rapport over the telephone to provide an outstanding client experience.
