The role We’re now looking for a motivated & driven Insurance Consultant based from our Swindon office, to join the Jensten Group. The main aim of the role is to retain & renew existing clients, servicing them when needed and maximising opportunities- as well as following up on leads & referrals. Some key objectives & responsibilities will include: Responsible for delivering great customer service and administering insurance policies. Renewing & retaining existing clients, as well as maximising opportunities/ new business Responsible for hitting and exceeding realistic targets Strong customer service skills, communicating clearly and building relationships Working in a fast paced and target driven environment Ensure that all work is FCA compliant and provide the highest of Customer Service to our potential and existing clients. About you As one of our Insurance Consultants, you’ll be given full training & support and the opportunity to go on and gain relevant qualifications such as Cert CII to become a qualified Insurance professional. There will be a requirement to work every other Saturday- but only half a day (and you’ll get this time back during the week), and there’s also the chance to earn good commissions- which is uncapped!
