Audit & Risk Recruitment are partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an Insurance Manager to join its high-performing Corporate Insurance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an insurance professional looking to build on their existing experience and develop their career within a collaborative, international environment.
About the Role
Working as part of an experienced team, you'll support the delivery of the organisation's global insurance strategy, gaining exposure to multinational insurance programmes, renewals, claims, M&A activity, and a wide range of insurance projects. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, as well as brokers and insurers, developing your expertise while helping to deliver effective insurance solutions across a complex global organisation.

Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the organisation's global insurance strategy.
- Gain exposure to multinational insurance programmes, renewals, claims, M&A activity, and a wide range of insurance projects.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business, as well as brokers and insurers.
- Develop expertise while helping to deliver effective insurance solutions.
Requirements
We're looking for candidates with a background in corporate insurance who are keen to develop their career in a global business. Experience of Financial Lines or multinational insurance programmes would be beneficial, but we're equally interested in individuals with:
- Strong technical foundations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive approach.
- A genuine desire to learn and grow as part of a supportive team.
